Welcome to Stork Veco
Stork Veco B.V. is the world's leading manufacturing company of 2-dimensional, precision metal parts and filters. Since it's founding in 1934, Stork Veco has developed a high standard in the Electroforming and Photo etching (Chemical Machining) technologies.
Stork Veco's special production methods are often required to manufacture products where conventional techniques are either inadequate or cannot be utilized efficiently. Electroforming is the best method for production of metal precision parts with micron and even sub-micron tolerances, with consistent quality and economical in low and high volumes.
Stork Veco produces precision metal parts and filters for the electronics, consumer, printer and food industry; as well for the aerospace, semicon, medical and automotive industry. Product examples are: shaver foils, sugar screens, inkjet nozzle plates and encoder discs.

Component printing breakthrough: replace your emulsion screens!
Introduction
The single most important component of the screen printing process is the screen itself. Electroforming & photo-etching company Stork Veco based in the Netherlands has developed an improved principle to replace common emulsion screens by a full metal alternative. The new stencil is especially interesting for component and ink printing on ceramic substrates. In these processes one usually prints silver, gold, or palladium ink on ceramic substrates for the production of for instance Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCC), Multilayer Ceramic Chips (MCCC) or Low Temperature Cofired Ceramics (LTCC). Problems caused by traditional emulsion screens, like non-uniform printing, limited precision or short screen life, are solved with this so called Vecodual stencil.
