Stork Veco´s quality has grown out of the constant focus on perfection. That is why terms like Quality Assurance and ISO 9001/2000 are familiar concepts within the whole organisation, all the way from the analysis of the customer inquiries to the final delivery.
Continuous improvements of our quality are carried out in co-operation with customers in special market segments. The co-operation with the automotive industry for example is one of the reasons Stork Veco has chosen to start the implementation of the ISO/TS 16949 quality system.
Automated systems
Because precision and product complexity increase constantly, the latest CAD-systems, plotter devices (up to 40.000 dpi resolution), and automated inspection robots are used to keep pace with the customer´s demands for quality and reliable delivery.
Reproducible quality
When the film master has been made and checked, the production process starts. Process Control is a key-factor to Stork Veco´s quality. Fixed checkpoints throughout the process, from raw material to finished products, ensure the highest quality result. In class 6 till 7 clean rooms, the products are produced and inspected to ensure a particle free process and end-product.
The key to quality? Detailed production procedures, state-of-the-art measurement tools, such as a scanning electron microscope, computer assisted measuring and image analysis systems and the motivation and dedication to each individual task by employees at all levels in the organisation. The result? Reproducible quality, time after time!
Environment
The commitment of Stork Veco to quality also extends to the environment. Located next to one of the largest national parks in the Netherlands, Stork Veco complies strictly with the environmental laws. Air and water pollution are monitored on a continuous base and controlled thanks also to the own waste treatment facilities. To realise continuous improvements ISO 14001 is incorporated in our management system.
Working Conditions
Stork Veco exercises an active policy concerning the well being of their employees and to improve continuously the working conditions for their employees.
To realise this, also OHSAS 18001 is incorperated in our management system.
