Electroformed nickel filtration sieves for less clogging and easy cleaning

The VeconicPlus line of sieves is characterised by sharp defined perforations with conically shaped hole cross-sections. The smooth surface together with these self-cleaning perforations result in less clogging and easy cleaning. Material is 100% nickel.

The electroformed VeconicPlus sieves are produced using a patented process with which Stork Veco can vary the thickness of the screens without changing the perforation dimensions. The screens and sieves can be delivered with round and slotted perforations in standard sheet dimensions of 1000 x 1000 mm.

To meet specific customer requirements Stork Veco can offer customized types of VeconicPlus screens.
